How can we help?

Passes & billing

What’s free, and what does a pass add?

Every simulator is free to start: free roam, the first unit of missions and sample test questions. A pass unlocks everything in that simulator, including every mission, the full question bank, mock tests and part-by-part inspection details. See Pricing.

How long does a pass last? Will I be charged again?

A pass is one payment for one simulator and lasts 30 days. It never renews on its own. Buying another pass for the same simulator adds 30 days after the current one ends.

Where is my receipt?

Payments go through our checkout partner, Lemon Squeezy, which emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout. Can’t find it? Send us a message below with that email address.

Can I get a refund?

A pass opens digital content right away, so passes are generally non-refundable. We do refund where the law requires it, or when a pass doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it. Tell us what happened below. The details are in our Terms.

Sign-in & access

How do I sign in?

Choose Sign in at the top of any page and continue with Google. Your passes and progress are tied to that Google account.

I paid, but the simulator is still locked.

It usually unlocks within a minute. Refresh the page and make sure you’re signed in with the same Google account you used to pay. Still locked after a few minutes? Message us below with the email on your receipt.

I can’t sign in.

Use an up-to-date browser and allow cookies for portfloor.com. Private windows and strict tracking blockers can stop Google sign-in. If it still fails, message us below; you don’t need to be signed in to send it.

Progress

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Signed in, your missions, scores and test practice are saved to your account and follow you to any device. See them on My progress.

I’m on a shared computer.

Sign out from the menu under your initial when you finish. Signing out clears your practice from that browser; it stays in your account.

Devices & performance

What do I need?

A phone, tablet or computer with an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari. There is nothing to install.

It’s slow or choppy.

Close other tabs and apps, keep the device plugged in, and use a recent browser. The simulators lower their own graphics on slower devices after a few seconds. Tell us your device below if it stays slow.

Schools & instructors

How does a school pilot work?

Start with a free instructor evaluation, then run a pilot with your class. Pricing is set with your school after the pilot. Book a demo to get started.

How do students join a class?

Instructors create a class and share its code. Students sign in and enter the code at portfloor.com/join. Instructors sign in at portfloor.com/teach.

Is this an official exam or license course?

No. Portfloor is practice that goes alongside real instruction and hands-on training. It isn’t affiliated with any licensing or testing organization.
